TITLE: Technical Product-Scrum Management Analysts [Jr. Level – I];

JOB DUTIES: Carry out technical grooming and prioritization sessions; Create user stories for developers and designers; Participate in discussions with technical teams, and identify architectural dependencies with backend core systems and transaction database; Work in the entire product development cycle, including writing specifications for development of applications using Swift and Java programming languages; Create functional test cases and collect test data; Use SQL to analyze data, define data structure for the database, implement pipeline and versioning on Microsoft Team Foundation Server; Create system requirements for the responsive website in HTML/CSS/JavaScript; Initiate data-driven customer experience improvement program and use Google Analytics, Flurry Mobile Analytics, and Mixpanel tool to collect applications and website usage and behavior statistics; Create technical product roadmap for new, digital initiatives and product lines; Analyze business requirements and produce documentation that translates requirements into technical specifications; Improve user experience for the products, partner with user researchers, conduct user tests, and translate results into technical specifications; Work in financial information systems, business intelligence software, data visualization platforms, including SAP, IBM Cognos, and other web-based systems; Facilitate communication with all business units within the group, collect system requirements for financial reporting systems, produce technical specifications for developers, and prioritize user stories to improve financial systems; Write and implement technical system specifications and work through the full automation and functional testing process; Initiate to centralize and reorganize financial database; Work with development team from each business unit and consolidate, analyze, create software system requirements; May perform some or all of above tasks depending on scope of each project assignment. Work involves travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites across USA;

REQUIREMENTS: Applicants need to have a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science or any IT related field and 9 months of experience in the job offered including technologies identified;

SALARY: $108,250/Year;

HOURS: 40 Hours Per Week; Mon. – Fri. (9 AM – 6 PM)
